The Aon Center Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 3.7% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of June 29, 2018, relating to the J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2018-AON filed as Exhibit 4.4 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 28, 2018 (the “JPMCC 2018-AON TSA”). Effective April 14, 2026, pursuant to Section 6.4(a) of the JPMCC 2018-AON TSA, Situs Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, resigned as special servicer of the Aon Center Mortgage Loan and Argentic Services Company LP (“Argentic”), a Delaware limited partnership, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Aon Center Mortgage Loan under the JPMCC 2018-AON TSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of April 14, 2026, the Aon Center Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the JPMCC 2018-AON TSA, by Argentic. The principal executive office of Argentic is located at 500 North Central Expressway, Suite 261, Plano, Texas 75074 and its telephone number is 469-609-2000.
